Notes:
East Baton Rouge Parish requires a fill mitigation plan for construction in a flood zone. Mitigation calculations based on natural ground to base flood elevation. Properties in a flood zone are limited to 18" of fill, and square footage is capped at 3500sf max!
EBR uses Effective FIRM and has a 1 foot freeboard requirement.
