Every building or structure erected in R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 residential districts shall be located on a lot of record, and in no case shall there be more than one main building on one residential lot. This section is not applicable to the commercial and industrial zoning district classifications.

  9. Onsite Wastewater Permit from L.H.S. 47 (State Board of health permit to install on-site sewage disposal system)
  10. DOTD Driveway & Drainage approval (if on Highway) Information
  11. Culvert Permit
    • Must be Dust Free Paving
  12. City-Parish Traffic Engineering Approval (If on Parish Highway)
  13. ResCheck Energy Analysis
  14. Compaction Test (If more than 8" of Fill)
  15. Mechanical Permit | Plumbing Permit | Electrical Permit


Notes:

Residential construction. New construction and substantial improvement of any residential structure shall have the lowest floor (including basement), elevated to not less than two (2) feet above the base flood elevation. A registered professional engineer, architect, or land surveyor shall submit a certification to the floodplain administrator that the standard of this subsection as proposed in subsection 12-41(a)(1), is satisfied.
