- Final Elevation Certificate (flood zone only)
- V-Zone Certificate (for properties in a Coastal Zone)
- Non-conversion Agreement (for properties in a Coastal Zone)
- Tree Permit

ICC 600 (Standard for Residential Construction in High Wind Regions), 2014 edition,
Preliminary design;
REQUIRED - SITE PLAN: Must provide site and civil plans of the proposed project that has typical elements, including the items described below at a minimum:
- The property lines and dimensions have been provided on the drawing.
- All buildings and structures located on the property have been identified; dimensions and setbacks noted.
- Street names which abut the property.
- Traffic flow, parking area, and driveways (App. A, Sec. VI).
- Provide current photographs or video of the proposed development site
REQUIRED – CONSTRUCTION PLANS; Must provide construction plans showing building design OPTIONAL: Please provide other pertinent design information as available, including but not limited to:
- Supplementary Design Standards (App. A Sec. IV (E))
- Exterior building elevation drawings to include materials and colors.
- Exterior Lighting: A building permit requires submission of a photometric site plan, to include the location and standard design of fixtures.
- Landscaping details to include existing trees to be protected and proposed trees and other landscaping.
- Signage: Sign Regulations (Ch. 9, Article IV), permitted separately.
- Fencing: Fence Regulations (App. A, Sec. IV (D)), permitted separately.
- Additional site plan details
- Zoning of the subject property and neighboring properties.
- Landscaped buffer strips or landscaped areas.
- Detailed parking spaces and pedestrian paths, including connection to City pedestrian network.
