Setbacks for residential lots; All undeveloped residential lots of record shall follow these setback requirements, unless otherwise specified or as noted on the recorded plat of existing approved subdivisions.

  • Front setback lines shall be a minimum of 25 feet from the property line.
  • A setback of 35 feet is required for the entrance to any residential subdivision fronting on a parish or state road.
  • Side and rear setback shall be ten feet from property lines.

  • Floodplain Determination OR Preliminary Elevation Certificate
  • Form Board Certificate (SFHA Only)
  • Final Elevation Certificate (SFHA Only)
  • SWPP/Stormwater.
    • Development drainage requirements:
  1. Any development located within an identified drainage district must receive approval by that entity and provide a copy of the approved drainage plan at the time of final plan submission for approval by the planning commission.
  2. All areas outside of a parish drainage district authority shall follow the stormwater requirements and the flood prevention and protection requirements of article IX of this chapter | Flood Hazard Reduction
