Permit Requirements
- 911 Address
- Before addressing the property, Form ROW-UDM-1 must be submitted to the County Road Department and the driveway approved.
- Recorded Deed
- Survey of Property OR Site plan if in flood zone.
- Plot Plan by CT Homes
- PERK Test OR Letter of Intent from Public utility provider.
- Final Septic Approval needed from MS Dept. of Health required BEFORE Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
- Preliminary Elevation Certificate, Form Board Certificate & Final Elevation Certificate (flood zone only)
- Properties on county roads must submit a ROW-UDM-1 application to the County Road Department for driveway approval
- Termite Treatment Letter (Foundation Inspection)
Drafting & other notes:
- Two sets of plans & 1 Digital set sent to build@stonecountyms.gov
- If using Pre-Engineered Trusses, include Trussx Drawing & include sizes of any beams being used
- Brick Ties Vertical 24" apart and Horizontal 16" apart.
- Brick ties must be in place at time of rough-in inspection
- Windows in bedrooms must be properly sized
