Notes

Setbacks for ALL properties not in an HOA: Front= 20', Sides= 5' & 10', Rear= 15'. Setbacks are measured to the eaves/ overhangs.
PEC, form board and final required of everyone.
All finished floor elevations MUST be over 6.0'!
Effective FIRM, no ABFE available.
Water and sewer tap fees must be paid before parish will issue permit.
Uses South Central Planning and Development for Plan Review!
