- 911 Address- Municipal Address Request
- Recorded Deed
- Survey of Property
- Onsite Wastewater Permit from La. Dept. of Health- St. James Sanitation Office, (225) 265-4002 OR
- Water and sewer tap fee receipt- St. James Utilities (contact Julie), (225) 562-2412.
- Preliminary Elevation Certificate
- Form board Certificate
- Final Elevation Certificate
- Engineer stamped plans if Letter of No Objection is required.
- Plot plan from a surveyor
- Coastal Use Permit
Notes
- Setbacks for ALL properties not in an HOA: Front= 20', Sides= 5' & 10', Rear= 15'. Setbacks are measured to the eaves/ overhangs.
- PEC, form board and final required of everyone.
- All finished floor elevations MUST be over 6.0'!
- Effective FIRM, no ABFE available.
- Water and sewer tap fees must be paid before parish will issue permit.
- Uses South Central Planning and Development for Plan Review!
