   • 911 addresses are assigned by the County E911 Coordinator in the Administration Office located upstairs in Room 202 of the Courthouse.  It is helpful to know your street name and nearest neighbor's name and address.  Should you have any additional questions; call 601-835-4344.

3. Survey of Property
4. Plot Plan by CT Homes
5. Perk test from MS State Dept. of Health or "Will Serve" letter from water/ sewer department that will provide service.
6. Completed building application
7. Preliminary Elevation Certificate (flood zone only)
8. Form board certificate & final elevation certificate (flood zone only)
9. Power account number
