Each lot shall contain a building site of at least 1,500 square feet located outside the limits of any existing easement or building set back lines required in the zoning ordinance when such exists and not subject to flood as determined by the Town Engineer. | Front yard depth. Corner lots shall have extra width sufficient to permit the additional side yard requirements of the zoning ordinance or building set back lines as required. In districts where this is provided, a minimum of 20 feet on the major street and 15 feet on the side street will be required. | Lot area. Permit Requirements:
- Name, address, and daytime telephone number of the owner;
- Name, address, and daytime telephone number of all contractors;
- Location of the construction;
- Description of the construction, including, but not limited to, square footage, type of construction, intended occupancy, and whether any work will involve the following types;
- 1. Electrical, 2. Concrete or masonry, 3. Plumbing, 4. Structural, and 5. Natural gas, liquefied gas, or other gas fuel
- Anticipated completion of construction; and
- Certification, under penalty of perjury, that the construction will be done in compliance with the applicable codes and standards
- Preliminary elevation certificate (Flood Zone)

minimum of 18 inches or greater in diameter as determined by the city engineer. 4.804 The planning commission and city [town] council shall have the right, if they deem it necessary, to require that principal drainage facilities (open ditches and canals) be designed to handle storms occurring on an average frequency of up to 25 years. |
