Notes & Other:
- Dirt work may NOT commence until a building permit has been issued.
- Permit applications and all required documentation must be dropped off in-person at City Hall. Ask for Lora Matherne!
- Properties that have not been combined prior to 2005 zoning MUST be resubdivided/ combined. Only requires administrative approval from Planning.

- Minimum Slab Elevation All residential and commercial construction shall be designed such that the slab or floor elevation of such construction is at least 12 inches above the centerline crown of the roadway abutting the property upon which the construction is located or at least 18 inches above the roadside ditch bank elevation abutting the property upon which the construction is located, whichever is higher at their highest point fronting the building. If the property is completely surrounded by streets, such as a building that takes up an entire square, the elevation will be based on the crown of the highest street abutting the property.
