- Plot plan by CT Homes (properties with partial flood zone need to have the flood zone delineated on the plot plan)
- Preliminary Elevation Certificate (flood zone only)
- Form board certificate & final elevation certificate (flood zone only)
- Onsite Wastewater Permit from La. Dept. of Health- 337-788-4999- Can only be obtained AFTER building permit has been issued!

Floodplain Info:
Parish only has 1' freeboard requirement (state minimum), no fill regulations! Acadia Parish is not a member of the CRS.
